JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Comply with all company safety policies.
Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to Ag Partners' Safety Policy.
Utilize good customer service skills at all times, when servicing and greeting customers.
Listen to and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Demonstrate work habits that develop, build, and support the team concept within the organization.
Courteously and efficiently receive and disburse grain.
Operate receiving control room and dryers.
Receive products, unloading from wagon/truck/semi.
Prepare rail cars and load cars according to specifications and enters cars and weight into the PC.
Operate receiving control room and dryers for grain and agronomy plants
Operate computerized PLC's for grain movements and fertilizer disbursement
Assist with other locations, as needed.
Operate hand and/or motorized forklift.
Help service, operate, and repair equipment as needed.
Must be a team player.
Essential Functions: Other duties may be assigned.
Work in a safe & efficient manner according to Ag Partners safety policies.
Job requires standing for full shift.
Stooping & bending required on-the-job.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to minimum height of 36.
Work overtime as required.
Class A CDL Preferred or willing to obtain.
Ability to obtain Commercial Applicator's license and Hazmat Endorsement.
Ability to work in a dust-filled environment.
Ability to wear respirator where required.
Ability to drive for a full shift.
EDUCATION: Agricultural Experience Preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
